Justin Bratton
Owner & Licensed Roofing Contractor
Justin started in the construction industry at just 16 years old, working as a commercial electrician for nearly a decade before transitioning into roofing in 2017. He quickly developed a passion for roofing because of the satisfaction that comes from seeing a full transformation — from damaged or worn-down to clean, durable, and watertight.
After years of managing jobs for other roofing companies that cut corners and didn’t treat homeowners the right way, Justin and his wife Lynzi founded Roofing Exterior Innovations to do things differently. His mission is simple: deliver high-quality roofs, no shortcuts, and clear communication from start to finish.
As a licensed roofing contractor (License #CCC1334857) based in Lake County, Justin is involved in every job the company takes on. He personally trained the roofing crew, remains on-site throughout projects, and documents each phase with 80–100 detailed photos to ensure nothing is overlooked. His approach to job site management is hands-on, safety-first, and built around doing the work the right way the first time.
Justin specializes in complex and steep roof installations, multi-unit and HOA projects, and takes pride in solving tough construction challenges with a clear, client-focused mindset. His reputation is built on trust, follow-through, and delivering a roof that looks great, performs long-term, and passes final inspection without issue.
Lynzi brings a strong foundation in construction, with hands-on experience across multiple areas of the industry — from structural components to roofing operations. Before co-founding Roofing Exterior Innovations, she worked for a truss manufacturer, a general contractor, and later became the HR and operations manager for a roofing company, where she led payroll, scheduling, permitting, and team coordination.
Today, she oversees the full administrative side of REI — managing permits, timelines, materials, client communication, and the day-to-day flow that keeps projects running smoothly. She also studied Xactimate to help homeowners and property managers navigate insurance claims and storm damage restoration with confidence.
Lynzi’s combination of field knowledge, organizational leadership, and client focus is a big part of what makes Roofing Exterior Innovations known for its professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability throughout Lake County and Central Florida.

From first inspection to final walkthrough, Shahab helps clients understand the roofing process step by step. He takes time to evaluate each roof thoroughly, present appropriate material options, and answer all questions without pressure. Whether it’s a full roof replacement, insurance claim, or HOA-specific project, Shahab ensures that every job starts with clear expectations and ends with satisfied clients.
He works closely with the Roofing Exterior Innovations operations team to align scheduling, permitting, and materials, helping each project stay on track. Shahab’s attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to explain technical issues in everyday language make him a trusted partner for clients looking for a smooth, stress-free experience.
