🤔 Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential re-roofs take 1 to 3 days, depending on the size, pitch, and materials. We never rush — but we do stay efficient and clean every day we're on site.
Do I need to be home during the roofing project?
Not necessarily. We’ll coordinate access as needed for attic inspection or final walkthroughs. Most of our clients prefer to be away during tear-off due to noise.
Will you help with permits and inspections?
Absolutely. We pull all required permits, meet the inspector on-site, and provide photos of passed inspections so you’re always in the loop.
Can you work with HOA requirements?
Definitely. We regularly work in HOA communities and will ensure all materials and colors meet your association’s standards.
Do you inspect the roof before giving a quote?
Yes — every quote starts with a free on-site roof inspection. We check for damage, proper ventilation, and code compliance so there are no surprises later.
What roofing materials do you use?
We use top-tier brands like Atlas shingles, Eagle and Boral tile, Vicwest stone-coated steel, and Gulf Coast Supply metal. All materials meet Florida’s strict building codes and wind requirements.
Can you handle both residential and commercial roofing?
Absolutely. While we focus primarily on residential and HOA roofing, we also complete select commercial re-roofs when they align with our schedule and quality standards.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We include a 10-year workmanship warranty with every full roof replacement. Manufacturer warranties on shingles, tile, or metal depend on the specific product used — we’ll explain your options upfront.
Do you offer financing or insurance claim support?
Yes. We offer in-house financing through PACE programs like HomeRun and Renew, and we also provide financing through Synchrony. We can also help with insurance claim documentation and Xactimate estimates when needed.
Do you remove and dispose of the old roof?
Yes — we handle full tear-off, code upgrades, and debris removal using dump trailers (no roll-off dumpsters). We also do daily magnetic sweeps for nails and job site safety.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Central Florida, including Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Sumter Counties. View our full list of service areas or call us to confirm your location.
What happens if you find rotten wood or hidden damage?
We always include a budget-conscious allowance for bad wood in our proposals. If we find damage beyond that, we’ll show you photos, walk you through the options, and get approval before moving forward.
Do you work on steep or complex roofs?
Yes — we specialize in difficult, high-pitch, and multi-slope roofs. We enjoy the challenge and ensure extra attention to detail and safety.
Will you be on-site during the roofing project?
Yes — our owner and foreman are both on-site regularly during your project. We also document every stage with photos and stay in constant communication with you.
